COVID-19: 8 new deaths recorded; case count now 6, 352

There continues to be a shore in the number COVID-19 infections in the country.

In the current update provided by the Ghana Health Service, 722 new cases have pushed the country’s active cases to 6, 352.

The country has also recorded 457 deaths.

Meanwhile, there are calls on the President of Ghana to lock down the country to help curb the spread of the disease which is fast taking lives.

The President has as a result of the spike reintroduced some more measures to ensure that the numbers reduce.
